What is a "credit" and what does it cost to run a scan?

One credit = one scenario run in one region. A basic core audit (3 scenarios) in a single region costs 3 credits. Running those same 3 scenarios across 5 regions costs 15 credits. Adding GPC and granular consent scenarios (9 scenarios total) across 3 regions costs 27 credits. Your dashboard shows the exact credit cost before you confirm each scan.

Do unused credits roll over or expire?

Monthly plan credits refresh each billing cycle and do not roll over. PAYG credit packs have a validity period: Micro-Mini (7 days), Micro (10 days), Small (20 days), Standard (30 days). Professional and Enterprise packs never expire. Credits from packs are consumed after your monthly plan allowance runs out.

Can I buy a credit pack without a subscription?

Yes - all PAYG credit packs (Micro-Mini through Enterprise) are available with or without a subscription. You do not need an active plan to purchase credits. Credits are activated from the date of purchase.

Yes - you can change plans or cancel from your account billing page at any time. Changes apply to your next billing cycle; no long-term contracts.

What's the difference between Starter, Pro and Agency?

All three plans include the same scenarios (core + GPC + granular consent) and up to 15 regions per scan. The difference is credits per month and team seats: Starter gives 200 credits and 1 seat, Pro gives 950 credits and 5 seats, and Agency gives 2,000 credits, 25 seats, and white-label PDF evidence reports.
