Terms of Service - Cookie Compliance Checker

These Terms govern your use of the Cookie Compliance Checker tool provided by RCB Digital Solutions, trading as GetInlytics. By using the Tool, you agree to these Terms. These Terms apply alongside the main GetInlytics Terms of Service.

1. The Service

The Cookie Compliance Checker ("the Tool") provides automated cookie-consent compliance scans, recurring monitoring, alerts, and reports for websites you submit. Features and limits vary by plan (see Pricing).

2. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be able to form a binding contract and you must keep your login credentials and API keys secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account, including activity by team members you invite.

3. Authorization to Scan - Important

You must have the right to scan every URL you submit. By submitting a URL you represent and warrant that you own the website or have explicit authorization to perform automated testing on it. You must not use the Tool to scan websites you do not control or are not permitted to test. You are solely responsible for your use of the Tool and for compliance with the target site's terms and applicable law.

4. Acceptable Use

You must not:

Scan websites you do not own or are not authorized to test.
Use the Tool to attack, overload, or disrupt any website.
Circumvent plan limits, credits, or rate limits.
Resell or expose raw API access except as permitted by your plan.
Reverse-engineer the service.

5. Credits, Plans and Billing

The Tool runs on credits (1 credit = 1 scenario run × 1 region). A basic 3-scenario single-region scan costs 3 credits; a 7-scenario 3-region scan costs 21. Credits come from your monthly plan allowance and/or purchased credit packs. Pay-as-you-go credit packs (Micro-Mini, Micro, Small, Standard, Professional, Enterprise) are available with or without a subscription. Lower packs are valid for 7 to 30 days from purchase; Professional and Enterprise packs never expire. Prices are charged in USD or local currency depending on your location. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. By subscribing you authorize recurring charges via our payment processor (Razorpay).

Applicable taxes may be added at checkout depending on your location.

6. Plan Features

All paid plans include the same scenario coverage (core, GPC, and granular consent) and up to 15 regions per scan. Plans differ by monthly credit allowance, team seats, white-label reports, and API access. We may adjust plan features with reasonable notice.

7. No Legal Advice - No Guarantee of Compliance

Scan results are technical, informational findings produced by automated heuristics. They are not legal advice and do not guarantee that a website is, or is not, compliant with the GDPR, ePrivacy, CCPA/CPRA, or any other law. Detection may produce false positives or negatives. You should obtain professional legal advice before relying on any result. RCB Digital Solutions is not your lawyer and accepts no liability for compliance decisions you make.

8. Service Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scans depend on third-party networks and the target site's behavior and may fail, time out, or be blocked by the target site's bot protection. See our Refund Policy for how failed scans are handled.

9. Intellectual Property

We retain all rights in the Tool, its code, and its interface. You retain rights in your input URLs and own the scan reports generated for you, subject to these Terms.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RCB Digital Solutions is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Tool. Our total aggregate liability to you is limited to the amounts you paid for the Tool in the 3 months before the claim arose.

11. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you retain access until then. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms, in particular the authorization-to-scan (section 3) and acceptable-use (section 4) sections.

12. Auto-Renewal Policy

Subscription plans (Starter, Pro, Agency) automatically renew at the end of each billing period (monthly or annual) unless cancelled before the renewal date. By subscribing you authorize our payment processor (Razorpay) to charge the same payment method at renewal.

Before renewal: You will receive an email reminder before each renewal date. You may cancel at any time from your account Settings page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period - you retain full access until then.

For annual plans: no prorated cash refund is issued for unused months after the annual billing date. See the Refund Policy for the 10-day window that applies before any credits are used.

PAYG credit packs (Micro-Mini, Micro, Small, Standard, Professional, Enterprise) are one-time purchases and do not auto-renew. Lower packs are valid for 7 to 30 days from purchase. Professional and Enterprise credits never expire.

13. Changes and Governing Law

We may update these Terms with reasonable notice (email or in-app notification). Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance. These Terms are governed by applicable law, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction agreed upon at the time of account creation.
